This registration form is for one venue and catalogue listing.
The Lead Exhibitor is responsible for the collation of all text and images relating to the application.
Closing date is 8th March 2026.
All named exhibitors in the catalogue must be Plain Arts Members. Non-members can only be added as "and guest(s)" or "guest artist(s)"
The Steering Group retain the right to edit any information provided to ensure that it can be included in the catalogue.
A 'proof' of your listing, with an accompanying approval form, will be sent to the Lead Exhibitor. If the approval form is not returned by the required deadline date, we will assume that your listing is to be printed with the details in the original proof as sent to you. Plain Arts cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information that might subsequently be published.
In addition to your listing, you will also receive the following:
Two Corex signs with plastic ties for fixing (additional signs can be provided subject to availablity).
Adhesive directional arrows and numbers.
A set of catalogues for your venue.
A 'Good Practice' sheet.
An invite to the "Making the Most of Your Art Trail" event
You can select the number of columns you require in the catalogue. A pdf file of the 2024 catalogue can be viewed. HERE
Prices are:
1/2 Column - £65 (Fisherton Mill artists who are sharing)
1 Column - £125
2 Column - £230 (Equivalent to ½ page)
3 Column - £340
4 Column - £450 (Equivalent to a whole page)

A single column listing includes one image.
Individual Artists or Groups may have more than one column for extra pictures or text.
